THJ was founded in 2022 after Jani’s delirious visions of a mythical ‘Honeycomb’ that could change the Bera ecosystem, The Honey Jar has sought to provide the Berachain community with tools to empower existing users and lower the threshold for entry. THJ is not meant to be an exclusive club you have to grind to join; participation comes in whatever form you can. Whether you’re here to say henlo or buy a new jpeg, THJ aims to welcome anyone into the cult. It wouldn’t be a ponzi without new members, after all.
The Honey Jar is a cult, a ponzi, and a scam. A community of dedicated users who aren’t required to hold a Bera (even if they are very, very good jpegs) or spend hours grinding for WL in Discord. We aim to expand the influence of Berachain through the constant expansion of our partnerships across NFTs, DeFi, and other community projects that draw in new users who might never have heard of Berachain before. The primary means of expanding the cult is our native asset, Honeycomb. What are the Honey Jar NFTs?
The cult goes far deeper than Honeycombs though, with six generations of ‘Honeyjars’ launching to supplement the Honeycomb’s utility, and serving as a secondary asset meant to prove your loyalty to the Berachain cult and offer a spot on ApiologyDAO.
In simplest terms, the Honeyjars are an asset granting access to ApiologyDAO upon launch. The Honeyjars are minted in a series of six generations of ‘Mint Mania’ with Gen 1 and 2 having a treasury offering rewards at milestones throughout each mint. Gen 1 has a supply of 10,926, with each generation having a smaller supply until Gen 6 ends with a supply of 5,897 Honeyjars.

How do I get involved?
So we have established that Honeycomb is very, very good (assuming these benefits are real.) But are Honeycombs the only way you can get involved with THJ? Not at all – it’s just one of few ways to join the cult. The Honey Jar is all about accessibility and involvement, meaning that there are plenty of ways to join without buying anything.
Obtaining a Honeycomb is one of the most effective ways of getting involved and the easiest way to get value out of the cult. Getting a Honeycomb isn’t hard, whether you decide to buy on secondary or participate in one of many events THJ hosts like the Kingdomly art contest which offered a Honeycomb as one prize and saw over 500 submissions. You don’t need to own a Honeycomb to get involved with THJ though; participation of any sort is enough to be part of the cult, even if Honeycomb is the easiest way to get benefits. Follow the Honey Jar Twitter account or join THJ’s Discord to get updates on projects, participate in events, and yell “OOGA BOOGA” to your heart’s content.
You could also participate in quests available at the THJ testnet faucet, learning more about the community and Berachain’s ecosystem at the same time without a painful grind while also engaging with Berachain itself. THJ is one of two partner faucets for Berachain, and the more quests you complete, the more $tBERA you can claim. Over 90% of 25 thousand wallets that claimed $tBERA through the THJ faucet don’t even hold a Bear or THJ NFT. What is The Honey Jar incubating?

S&P utilizes a 150-point system of analysis driven by the community to analyze the legitimacy of a project. Essentially, S&P is the place you go to see whether a project is good or not.

OBB is going to be an NFT collection of cute honey jar beras. OBB is striving to be not just an NFT collection, but an independent brand. In a way, OBB want to be Pudgy Penguins of Berachain.
Apiology is a DAO built around Honeycomb as a Bera Cult Primitive. Apiology is a Starship powered by a Fat Bera Thesis Engine. When THJ signs deals with partners, Platinum and Gold level partners agree to allocate a % of their tokens and/or profits to ApiologyDAO treasury. In exchange, Apiology is going to deploy capital into partners’ protocols. This is Honeycomb on steroids.
Apiculture is a creative squad of THJ comprised of multiskilled creativies, artists and meme makers. It's become so powerful that now it's a separate entity which is going to disrupt art on Berachain.
Bera Baddies stands as a pioneering community built on Berachain dedicated to empowering women. Its core mission is to create a vibrant space where women can express themselves, connect, thrive, create and enjoy being part of a community, regardless of said women being on-chain or not.
Fat Bera Thesis is the core of Berachain and THJ:
Protocols with endogenous apps that capture value and share with exogenous apps, and the cult will dominate DeFi.
Sounds too complex for a bera (even a fat one), right? In simpler terms: Berachain can dominate DeFi by building a community-driven flywheel compounding sticky liquidity. Still too complex?
Let us give a brief intro to Berachain. Berachain has its own AMM (exchange), borrowing/lending mechanism (like Aave), perpetuals trading, and a native dollar-pegged stablecoin ($HONEY) built into the protocol itself. All these apps will earn fees. A large portion of these fees can be used to incentivize building and participation on Berachain. So, builders have motivation to participate as they're earning fees and the community is rewarded for being early and expanding the cult. More cultists means more value, and more value means more cultists.
THJ has a whole partner network of projects that are building for the Berachain ecosystem. As a part of the deal, projects agree to allocate a share of their fees or tokens to the ApDAO. In exchange, ApDAO is going to deploy liquidity into these protocols. So in a way, ApDAO is a coordination system that is going to help the Fat Bera Thesis come true.
